KAISEI-SHA was founded in 1936, and specializes
in the publication of children's books in all fields, including picture books,
fiction and non-fiction.
About 3,000 titles are currently available, including
some 1,200 translations.
More than 100 new titles are published annually, and
at present foreign editions of our books exceed 1,000 titles.
These are translated into 40 languages and about 1,500,000 copies have been published to date.
Building
on the achievements of the past seventy years, and with the support of a large
readership,
Kaisei-sha will continue to strive to produce quality publications. |
