6. The Holes of the Trees

Holes in trees have always made safe homes for forest animals. Titmice make nests for their chicks. After they leave, flying squirrels widen the holes to make them their homes. As the holes grow bigger they are occupied by owls, by sables, and eventually, after hundreds of years, by bears.… An amazing story of trees and animals!
