Forest Animals Photo Journal 4: Japan’s
Sub-Tropical Forests
by Manabu
Miyazaki
From the Southernmost point of Japan’s Kagoshima to the
furthest Southwesterly of the Okinawa Islands lies an area of bounteous sub-tropical
forest. A photographer specializing in wildlife, Miyazaki has gathered together
here a spectacular collection of shots from this unexplored region. His subjects
include eagles, bats, rare trees, crabs, snakes and spiders, many of which are
unique to the area. |
